Our “We Heard You” page is sort of hidden now but it’s really a good PR page. It says, we’re making changes for you, patrons. Maybe once the UXS is here, we could tackle this.

This also relates to the story Cynthia K. told at Council about the site that is transparent about posting customer comments and responses. That’s a philosophical issue but one that might be worth considering once we rebrand. Does that concept of transparency fit? I don’t know…just thinking!
